If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return or exchange item within 14 days. A full refund will be made if item is returned unworn (we will cover cost of return postage if item was faulty or damaged on arrival). We will not be able to refund specially commissioned items that differ from featured designs. We will only replace incorrectly sized bangles or rings once free of charge, therefore measurements need to be accurate.
